Tim helped our family get insurance on a vacant home that had had a couple of water claims in the last 3 years. We had been to a few other insurance agents and had completely struck out. We were in a really tough place and Tim got us taken care of quickly. He is a real pro. I would recommend him 100%.

I worked with Bill Montgomery on getting an insurance policy on one of my rental properties. My previous policy was non-renewing and Bill worked diligently to get me into a policy on short notice before I had a policy lapse. He was on the phone with me at 7pm finalizing everything! Great service & very knowledgably!

I've been with Erie for a while and they have been absolutely the best. I have never had any issues unlike some of their competitors. I recently purchased another car and while at the dealership, they contacted my agent to get the insurance information. Before they called, I was informed that they were also agents for Allstate insurance and insisted on giving me a great deal. One that I couldn't resist. When Mr. Walker from Insurance Works quoted the premium for my full coverage, you could hear a pen drop. My new rates for my new car was approximately 55% less than my quote from Allstate. Plus it was better coverage. So I say Kudos to Erie Insurance. I also have friends and family members who use Erie Insurance and they love it too. Thanx Erie Insurance. Ken Brown .

It was the follow-ups and the calls to keep us informed on our insurance policies I've been with State Farm Insurance since I was 16 years old I'm 65 and never got a call from them always had the initiate the call. When our son AJ told us about Erie we switched immediately from State Farm. Rebecca has been a pleasure.
